Tin Shui Wai Tin Chak is a subvented ICYSC integrating children & youth centre service, outreaching service and school social work service. It aims to provide comprehensive care and service to the residents and community stakeholders. Some service focus of Tin Chak Centre include SEN service, ethnic minorty service, parenting and family programs, special experiential learning youth activities.
